Rescheduling:
We require 48 hours notice to change a ceremony date and time. A rescheduling fee of $50 will apply for any changes made with less than 48-hours of your ceremony.
Cancellations:
If you need to cancel your reservation, we require at least 48 hours notice; you will receive a full refund less the $100 deposit ($350 for Dueling & Concert packages) which is required to hold the chapel date and time. For cancellations within 48 hours of ceremony, no refunds are available.

Nope! Since a commitment ceremony is non-legal, no paperwork or marriage license is required. It’s all about celebrating your love. No strings (or signatures) attached. You can enjoy a fun and memorable Elvis ceremony without any legal requirements.

Although a popular request, Elvis does not have to walk you down the aisle. You can either walk down the aisle as a couple, by yourself, or be given away by someone else in your party.
Your photo gallery is available for viewing online within roughly 24 to 48 hours after your ceremony.

Yes, a digital video download can be added to a package for $75.
Our chapel can seat roughly 25 to 30 guests.
No, a witness is not required for a non-legal commitment ceremony. However, if you have someone special with you, they’re welcome to sign your commitment certificate as a witness.
Yes. The Officiant’s fee is a separate fee made to the person performing your ceremony, and it still applies for non-legal commitment ceremonies.
